The Verity Group enlists highly qualified vocational rehabilitation specialists dedicated to providing a full spectrum of vocational, disability management and consultative service solutions to assist individuals and employers facing employment challenges associated with a disability or work-related injury.
Our experienced professionals are innovative leaders in the field of vocational rehabilitation who use their expertise to assess an individual’s ability to enter, reenter or regain productivity in the workforce by evaluating current functioning, work history, skills, capabilities and interests to identify appropriate vocational goals and suitable employment options. They also use their counseling and disability management skills to coordinate efforts in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans and services designed to help these individuals prepare for, obtain and maintain gainful employment.
They are return-to-work specialists who work collaboratively with partners and customers to identify opportunities for early intervention where effective strategies are proactively implemented to reduce disability-related work absences. They assist individuals and employers with evaluating the work site, individual jobs, workstations, physical demands and essential functions to provide recommendations for modifications and accommodations, whether specific to an employee or to aid in the development of transitional work options and practices for safely and effectively returning employees back to work.
All of our vocational rehabilitation professionals are fully qualified and possess the degrees and certifications required for their service areas. We have multiple office locations and the ability to provide services in various regions throughout the United States.
Credentials Include:
- Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or Education
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE)
- Bureau of Workers Compensation (BWC) Certified Provider
- Bureau of Workers Compensation Transitional Work Developer
